Technical Nights

Technical nights are training sessions which take place every last Wednesday of each month. These
sessions focus more on Judo techniques in great detail. Regular training sessions are a combination of Technical and Randori which is suited for everyone. Technical Nights are for the adult class only and are usually taken by Andy or James. If any changes occur then it will be notified on this page.
